I have had great success in therapy with Anjali. She has given me great coping strategies on dealing with stress and anxiety and really taught me how to change my perspective and view things in a more positive light. I highly recommend her. She is the first therapist I have used whom I have had such great success with.

I saw her for about a year and I had my ups and downs. During the period I started seeing her, I had just broken up w my c.f., started a new relationship as well as a new job in a totally different profession. She was patient and accepting of my issues and helped me stay focused and on track with reaching some of my most realistic goals. Iam still a work in progress but she really helped me with realizing my priorities and gain a new perspective on understanding myself.
