In this yoga practice we journey together with gentle flowing yoga poses and a feeling of sweet serenity. Emphasizing much towards the divine side of yoga by assisting students to find rest in it's calmness and finding peace within themselves. As we journey together in the practice we come full circle to completing the needs for the mind, body, & soul. My belief is that if your soul has led you to try Yoga, it is because your soul is asking you to honor your heart with the tranquility of peace that it is searching for. This is a christian environment and every class begins with prayer and ends with bible scripture.

Although, this is a Yoga Level 1 class and most suitable for all beginners the setting is perfect for those who need their minds refreshed and rewarding for anyone who attends.

I have just completed my first 3 sessions with Lisa and her wonderful approach to Yoga. I come away from the classes feeling relaxed, happy that I am doing something good for my body and ready for the challenges of the day. I plan to continue as I think Yoga is great for the mind, body and soul - Lisa cares!

Lisa made my first and only experience with yoga a very enjoyable and enlightening one. I have had a back fusion and two knee replacements, so I needed several adaptations. She knew exactly what adjustments for me to make. She is so sweet and patient, but makes you work! I felt like I was still getting some great exercise.
