About

Shannon Sondrol, NCTMB

Specializing in Deep tissue & trigger point therapy for the physical body, & Craniosacral therapy which releases energy blocks in the Body, Mind, & Spirit. Craniosacral therapy is a light touch approach, & involves gentle manipulation of the head & sacrum to balance the CNS so that every other system in the body can self correct. This therapy puts the body in a deep state of relaxation & in this state, pain, trauma, restrictions, in all 3 areas, physical, mental, emotional can be released. I've worked with numerous clients doing CST for migraines, TMJ, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, PTSD, previous abuse/trauma, mental illness, nervous system dysfunction, after surgery to promote healing, & CST has given them astounding results on their path to healing. It is extremely important during this process to create a safe place for clients & to facilitate healing of the physical, mental, & emotional body without the use of medications.
