Health and wellness is the heart of our practice, and our philosophy is client-centered, holistic health, integrated with elemental balance, client education, and raising awareness of Massage Therapy as a natural alternative to mainstream pain relief. Sessions are typically an integration of techniques, with a focus on improving the overall functioning, stability, mobility, and range of motion of the body. The needs of clients are diverse and cover a wide range of health and wellness goals, so our sessions are flexible to accommodate anybody looking for improvement in their health in some way, shape, or form. Healing sessions are each unique, and customized in the session plan created by the client and therapist before the session begins. Massage Therapy to be a fantastic opportunity to become more in sync with the body-mind-spirit connection, and to raise awareness of what is going on in our bodies so that we can make needed adjustments to promote balance in the body-mind-spirit.
