Training I have worked at 3 different eating disorder treatment centers since completing my psychiatry residency training in 1998: Staff psychiatrist at Remuda Ranch Centers for Anorexia & Bulimia (2000-2004), staff psychiatrist at Park Nicollet Eating Disorder Institute (2005-2008), and staff psychiatrist at The Emily Program (2008-present).

I have been Board-certified in general adult psychiatry by The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology since 2002.

Services I have treated over 1,750 eating disorder patients over the last 10 years, many of whom also struggled with depression, anxiety, panic, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, trauma issues, and substance abuse.

I seek to practice psychiatry with a thoughtful excellence of care and education for people as broken, but worthwhile, creations of God.

Also, I do NOT subscribe to the notion that eating disorders are unbeatable and/or necessarily chronic, because they aren't. Since recovery IS possible, let's get started getting your situation better!
