Dr. Madeira is knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and helpful. He's not there for the money; he genuinely cares about how you feel and wants to help, which is refreshing. I feel better than I have in years, and it's because he tells you exactly what is wrong, tells you how he's going to fix it, and how long it will take. His staff is also extremely friendly and bubbly :)
