I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
