I have been a patient with Dr. Gilenson for 20 years and he is an awesome practitioner. He has healed me of many injuries and has successfully treated all of my family. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
