They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did.
