I went to this location 6-12 months ago and got traction massage by Dr. Jeff Mackey. I started going to a closer LSM office to Middleton near work. The new LSM office told me to go back to the Mackey office until the end of the year, because their traction machine is broken. I made an appointment the other day and Mackey's office confirmed I would get traction/adjustment and an appointment was made for 530pm.

I left a work meeting early to drive across the city to make the appointment on time. When Dr. Mackey came in he immediately said "I'm not doing traction, it's too late." Even though I had an appointment for that purpose and they don't close until 6pm. He continued to argue with me and said it's not his fault that I was told by the other LSM office to make this appointment and that I had to rush across the city in rush hour traffic. He clearly wanted to get home for the weekend and didn't that I drove across town from work when I live near work.

Like a child he said "Fine you will get traction for a few minutes and then you can leave." Implying that he is punishing me and won't give me the standard adjustment afterwards. If he wasn't looking to argue he could have done a quick adjustment and leave while I was doing traction. Instead he was unprofessional the whole 10 minutes I was there.
