The doctor was nice, as was the office staff, but I was seen 2 times in the first week and spent over 2 hours waiting for my appointment times! The 1st time it was a 30 minute wait in the waiting room and then another 20 minutes in the exam room. The 2nd visit, it was 45 minutes in the waiting room and another half hour in the exam room before he even came in to see me!! And then on the last visit, I spent 7 minutes at the front desk waiting to check out after my appointment but I was SO annoyed for having to wait for the appointment and then for someone to return to the desk that I just walked out. On my way home, I stopped at another chiropractor's office, literally down the street. I've been going to him since and he NEVER keeps me waiting. I refuse to do business with someone who CLEARLY has no appreciation of my time. To occassionally be running behind? That's one thing. But twice in one week, for a total of over 2 hours? That's just poor time management on Dr. Fruendt's part, or blatant overbooking by the staff. Neither of which I have time for and because of which, he lost a patient. I would NOT recommend him.

Dr. Fruendt and his wonderful staff provide top-notch care -- and in a caring fashion. Highly professional, this team still takes the time to answer any question and to offer advice and suggestions. How often can you actually say it's a pleasure to go to the doctor? lol I would highly recommend Dr. Fruendt and his staff to any individual looking for a carefully detailed plan of care to ease pain and conditions. Dr. Fruendt doesn't promise miracles, but he often delivers them, at least as far as I'm concerned. He's confident enough in his knowledge that he'll refer patients to other specialties if he thinks it's indicated. To me that shows the mark of a really skilled doctor.
