I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was a little unsure that they'd be able to help me when I left my first appointment. They didn't entirely convince me that they knew what they were doing. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
