Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
