They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I have called to get in same day and they ALWAYS get me in.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
