They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
