They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
