I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me! It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
