Dr. Rohlfs was very nice, and also very efficient. Immediately after being called back we sat in his office to discuss symptoms, history, etc. Immediately after that we walked a few feet over to his adjustment room where he did a physical assessment of range of motion, whether pain was present or not during them, and then a final review with spinal model pinpointing what my issue was and how to prevent it from recurring (in my case lower back left sided pain). he proceeded to show me the "proper" way to stretch, prescribe the duration, frequency, and method, and ensured I had the proper form etc to achieve the desired results. In my case 8 weeks of a particular hamstring stretch since mine are extremely tight via 2x/day followed by 20min ice. After this, I was given stem for 15 min. Lastly, after stem I was brought back to the adjustment room where he loosened up my lower back via leg lifting/lower and rotations while massaging to increase blood flood during this activity.

Overally my first experience was very good and no time was wasted, he was very knowledgable. He seems like he has a lot going on at the same time, but does a good job being attentive, answering questions, and performing/giving relevant needed info.

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the facility is very nice.
