I had been to six different chiropractors before settling in with Dr Rich as my primary care provider. He offers wellness packages that make it easy to continue with preventive care even after a painful condition has been resolved. I believe that ongoing wellness care with Dr Rich has kept me strong and healthy. I highly recommend him!
I have been under his care for five years. Within a few weeks of starting treatment my back pain disappeared. I sit at a desk for hours and don't always keep the best posture. I credit his care for keeping me pain free, flexible, and strong. I have also noticed that sinus and allergy problems which plagued me for years have virtually disappeared. And I do not seem to get sick even when colds and flu are going around. These side benefits became noticeable within a few months of getting regular adjustments.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. . They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. Dr. Rich has some Ego issues and always seems angry. He has not helped me at all - in fact he has created more disk damage. Would not recommend him.
