The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
