The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone else. I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did with this chiropractor.
