I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
