I appreciated that they were able to get me in at the last minute and Burt was really friendly and he took the time to explain why I was in pain. My appointments never get canceled last minute, they take me in the same day I call if I need it. They are extremely reliable. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Burt is excellent and I would recommend him to everyone.
