Dr. MacDonald was able to relieve my pain which hasn't recurred. She is caring and listens intently.

However, the office manager made mistakes processing my insurance claim and it is still in process 4 months later. I have monitored the claims online and have had to step in to help her. Evidently the office is not computerized for claims work.

Paula MacDonald, D.C. wasn't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. Paula MacDonald, D.C. made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
