They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.

They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Richard Gringeri, D.C.'s primary concern is what's best for me, and only gives me the advice that would benefit me the most. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
