They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They have misdiagnosed me before. The cause of my pain was something entirely different than what they told me. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

On the negative side though he has adjusted me in the wrong direction before, took away a service that he said he would provide in office and was part of his initial sales approach and reason why he was different, and lastly does not charge per visit he charges per year and your visits expire like cell phone minutes, wow, so he is more money driven than truly looking out for his patients best interests.
