They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all.
