I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.
