I hate leaving such negative feedback for the Dr but he hired his mother to do insurance and I have NEVER in my life been treated so badly. Called to let her know the insurance co said they didn't receive the records for my sons car accident (was trying to tell her sounds typical for an insurance co) she automatically assumed I was accusing her of not doing her job right and that she was professional. If hanging up on a person numerous times and not letting me say anything after several attempts to call is professional then she needs to look up the definition. Unfortunately the Dr has to get the negative feedback for having her on his staff. I would gladly take back this review if she would call and apologize.
