After being rear ended 2 times, my neck was in really bad shape. Dr Ford took me completely out of pain. I didn't realize how bad it was till it was gone. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustments, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference and the massage before the adjustment made a huge difference. After reviewing my xrays, Dr Ford explained everything that was going on with my neck and back and answered all my questions. The staff is the most friendly, and welcoming and help to work with my schedule and answer questions about insurance etc. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. Dawn is helping me with a weight loss program that is really incredible. I'm so glad I found them

One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
