They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
