Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I asked for some nutritional and lifestyle advice, because I know how important it is, but they ignored me! It was very frustrating. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
