My primary obligation as a doctor is to uncover the real cause of your problem. Then help you understand what the condition is, the implications to your overall health, how to correct it, and what you need to do to eliminate, or minimize its impact.
Because we want your life to improve as quickly as possible, we use only the most effective treatments available. Since each injury and each person is different, each treatment plan is different. We develop a program that's right for you, and only you.
We do NOT subscribe to the old saying, "No pain, no gain." In our program, the focus is on pain-free movement. Your treatment plan may include gentle spinal manipulation to restore normal joint function, core training to develop confident movement, balance training to improve muscular support and coordination, and flexibility work to increase range of motion. If you're not getting adequate nutrition, we'll show you how to make the small changes that get big results.
