They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
