Dr. Matt Smith is a wonderful chiropractor. I honestly always look forward to my appointments with him because I know I'll leave feeling 10x better than I did heading in. What I particularly appreciate is that he always makes an extra effort to explain what he's doing, why he's doing it, what my treatment program is, what his near, mid and long-term goals for my musculoskeletal health are, where I am in the recovery process and how much progress I've made thus far (using various range of motion, flexibility and reflexology tests/measurements). I also appreciate how Dr. Smith's chiropractic office is located less than a mile outside of downtown Saratoga Springs, NY - so no parking worries whatsoever.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
