I have seen Dr. Pickel for 2 years now. He has helped me solve problems my MD could never even come close to. Dr. Pickel listened to me like nobody else and started me on a program to get my life back. I now have energy to take care of my kids and work at my job. I was ready to give up but now I see a future. I am now off of almost all medications much to the surprise of my MD. I learned that sometimes you have to think outside the box! Dr. Pickel was a gift for me and my family!
I love his office and his staff, it's like we have become friends.

He only has one person working there and she has to answer the phones, check people in and out, put people on therapy and whatever else the Dr. has her doing. When she does have a free moment, she is making personal phone calls (using bad language), brushing her hair or clipping/painting her finger nails. I find this to be very unprofessional and rude. When I said something to the Dr. about what I had witness he acted as if this was normal behavior. There also has been several times when I had to wait over 1 hour for my appointment and I had to leave because he was running so behind. My time is just as important as his time is and he needs to realize that he should not triple book people in 15 minute timeslots.
When I have had to leave because he was running so far behind every once in a while I would get a call from him apologizing for making me wait. If there is one thing I do not tolerate is "LIARS" and he is the biggest one of them all. Needless to say, I DO NOT GO TO HIM ANY LONGER! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
