I wasn't comfortable on the machine, it felt like it was choking me, I felt very rushed and the people doing the massage give the impression that they are tired and don't feel like messing with you. I've decided to go somewhere else and have requested a refund of my prepaid visits twice in the last 8 weeks.. will I refer anyone else to them? NO!!

I wish I could put zero really. The doctor is knowledgeable and the treatment works but the customer service is HORRIBLE. Me and my husband went there for awhile and had to wait soooo long for our appt. They would schedule 6 slots per appt time (they admitted this) so we never waited less than 45 min to see the doctor. The adjustment is all of five minutes and she's so hurried to see her next client and make more money that she doesn't have time to deal with any of your concerns really, so don't try to ask any questions. By the time we got fed up and switched to another practice, they sent us an $800 bill saying the insurance didn't cover it. The WHOLE time we were going they assured us that "Oh, insurance covers all that therapy." So we did the expensive therapy treatments: an excerise ball with bands I could have gotten at Walmart and done at home, heat therapy, e-stem, and oh don't forget the 8 min massage they charge around 30 or 40 bucks for. Needless to say we reported them to the insurance company for price gouging. $40 for an 8 Min massage? REALLY? I highly recommend Cayce Chiropractic Center. They actually care about YOU and they have reasonable rates so if insurance doesn't cover it, you don't eventually lose your house. And you don't have to wait an hour for a five min. appt. They spend as much time as needed to ensure you are better before you leave.
