Dr Matt takes time to thoroughly examine both the body (pain sensor, x-rays, etc) and all other aspects of the life that come into play. Instead of 'come back next Monday' type of process he lays out a full plan of what he believes will be the greatest help. If at any point in time he feels he is not improving your situation he will recommend you elsewhere, even to a medical doctor if that is where your greatest need is, and even if it is just your first or second visit. He tells you what the plan and the cost will be rather than have you keep coming back until he is satisfied.
