They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all.
