They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
