They paid attention to my problem area, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got what I went for. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.

Dr. Hancock is amazing. He is extremely proficient with the Graston technique as well as other techniques. He travels extensively to teach. He is very friendly and approachable, and shares information very freely. He is a great, great resource and part of my healthcare team.
