They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I appreciated them explaining to me how the exercises I was doing would help me recover. It helped motivate me.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
