My six year old visited Dr Dyson for the first time on 3/6/13. She had in infected tooth and needed an extraction with a spacer. During the visit Dr Dyson explained that he would do both procedures at the same time however when the tooth was pulled, he then told my husband and I sorry I don't have the spacer. We then made a followup appt. where the Dr Dyson cancelled on the day of. The next appointment, We had a family emergency and had to reschedule where I gave ample notice. Then yesterday I received a call at 2:30 pm for a 4:30 appt that Dr Dyson had to cancel. When I questioned my concern for my daughter's space, the receptionist while apologetic, said : Dr Dyson says you have also called to and it was his personal choice". This was completely unprofessional and poor customer service. I later went to the office to obtain the records, and I asked why couldn't my daughter see his partner, the receptionist said, " I'm sorry, it was Dr Dyson choice. My suspicion is the spacer is not available and instead of Dr Dyson speaking to me like a professional he choose to keep canceling me out! I will be letting my insurance know

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
