They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. Something great about this office is the fantastic chairs they have in their waiting room. I could have taken a quick nap while waiting to see the pain management specialist.
I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
