I went into this store today to get medical supplies for my company softball teams first aid kit as I am head of the first aid team. When walking in the man at the front desk asked if I needed any help. I only said no because he was helping an elderly couple at the front desk and I knew what I needed. I simply came to this store to price what stock they had on the shelves. I rounded the shelves looking for what I needed and I was going to just pick it all up at once and carry it to the register so I didn't have my hands full while shopping. When I was looking at the medical tape the man at the front desk got up from his elderly customers and walked to me and asked if I needed help once more. Again I said no. He swiftly told me I "needed to get out of his shop because he had work to do and didn't have time for people to be killing time in his shop." This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever seen and because of this I will never return and highly advise anyone that is looking for anything medical to NOT go to willowbrook medical supplies. This was the worst service I have ever received from any retail establishment and you will never see my business in your shop. Zero out of five stars if I had to rate the employee (or owner) of this store.
