I've used this facility for 2 separate injuries, first an ankle then rotator cuff. The PT was clearly knowledgeable and examined me and what I could do. However the practice is to prescribe the PT therapy then pass you to another person to do the therapy part, if this works for you great - i prefer to have one person who works with the issue, sees the exercises, adjusts etc. - I moved to select therapy and have Amy and she is wonderful and knows how my rotator cuff is improving, limits etc. so adds new exercises and works with me. Other concern with Jackson clinic is checking in and checking out can be haphazard as often ( at the time I used to go) there was no one on reception. All in all adequate but impersonal.

Beware of the receptionist - she is one nasty person. I ended my therapy with them because of her. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. The therapists were good, but between the receptionist and the poor location (in a sports facility requiring several flights of stairs to climb) were the kiss of death. If you need to cancel an appt., do it electronically so you have proof, otherwise, you are S-O-L. T
