My typical client is struggling with a wide variety of problems ranging from: mood disorders (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder), relationship problems, stress, anger, eating disorders, addiction, loss/grief, trauma, chronic/fatal illness to child, adolescent & parenting issues. I provide individual, couples & family therapy with an eclectic cognitive-behavioral approach to individuals of all ages. I was trained, and am now a Supervising Psychologist, at The Albert Ellis Institute in NYC which specializes in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy.
