I provide a caring, and compassionate environment to uncover the roots of emotional pain, suffer and unlock pathways for joyous, resilient, and meaningful living.
Different than a temporary "quick fix" or covering the suffer with a "band aid" that never last I will assist you to change from the inside out, finding inner peace that would last.

We will work together with precision to change deep relational patterns rooted in abuse, neglect, or other emotional pain.

I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors--including those who have experienced domestic violence and early childhood abuse, those struggling with substance abuse, depression, and anxiety.
