My passion and drive is in the area of health and wellness, believing that the education piece is critical in helping individuals navigate through the complexities that life brings their way. I may come into their life in the midst of some psychological distress; however, helping them gain insight and personal healing is a challenge I have come to relish. I have lived my adult life with intentionality to being a role model and conduit to helping others reach their full potential, in body, mind and spirit.

My expertise includes stress management, mediation, police psychology, violence risk assessment, crisis intervention, trauma recovery as well as public safety leadership; helping people reach their full potential, emphasizing health and wellness; being strategic, intentional, courageous; to find the meaning and fulfillment in their life.

I believe that at least half of the pain we go through is unnecessary. It is working through the half that is unavoidable that we learn and grow into better people. My goal is to shoot it straight, conveying the truth in the most loving way possible.
