I moved and wanted to find a vet that was closer. Each time I went to take my baby, I came away feeling that something was missing. There was no love or compassion among the doctors. Just a cold feeling and not a good examination. One day, I saw something on my dogs eye and could not get it off. I took her in. Dr. Tucker took one step in the room and said it was a tumor. She said other doctors there would want to put her under but she could do it with sedation. She said the other eye had tumors. By then she was closer. Other people told me to get 2nd and 3rd opinions as my dog is 14 years old. I did. They all said not to because of her age. At one of the other vets office, the "tumor" fell off. T&C were remodeling at that time and was going to charge me over $400.00. I decided to never go back to T&C. I have found at least 2 other doctors I like elsewhere.

Another time I went to T&C and had a question. The tech said I would have to ask the dr and it would be a doctors visit. He came and stood at a distance. He answered the question and pointed to a picture on the wall and said "I used to have a dog like that" and left. They all say that.

Still, another female doctor had to leave during an office visit with my dog to put down a cat. When she returned, she wanted to know what was wrong. What bothered me, is that she seemed so uncaring about putting down someone's pet....cold and unfeeling.

With as many doctors they have, the treatment the reviewer left below is uncalled for. No way should all leave for lunch at the same time.

I am happy with the new vet I have chosen. They (the staff and doctor) are extremely knowledgable, caring and compassionate.

A neighbor said she left her dog overnight at T&C and would never take her dog back again. When she picked up her dog, her dog had a cough. Anyone at T&C care enough to ask about shots or was it about money? Another neighbor said she didn't like T&C because it seemed like you get a different doctor everytime you go. Yet, another neighbor has been looking for a vet but when I told her about T&C, she agreed and said she would not go there. I told her about the new vet I am seeing now.

I will say the ladies out front are nice but it is important to me that my dog get the best of care. I reported my complaint to Dr. Neilson. He was very rude and uncaring. Still, another neighbor said they are not going to say anything about their staff. He takes his dog elsewhere. By the way, the tumors on the other eye are benign. It seems as though T&C want you to buy/do unnecessary things (to help pay for the remodeling and put money in their pockets). Someone has to pay for it and all their staff.
